CalculateMyGold.com is run by a small team. We do not have a call center, and we are not a bullion dealer, so we cannot give you a live quote on your gold. What we can do is fix calculation issues, add missing currencies or units, clean up translations, and listen to feature ideas.

Please include as much detail as you can — your browser, the weight and karat you entered, the expected value, and the value shown. A screenshot helps more than you would think.

What we can help with

Calculation issues A result looks wrong, a karat percentage is off, or a unit conversion is suspicious.

Translation fixes A phrase in your language reads awkwardly, a label is mistranslated, or RTL layout is broken.

New currency or unit You would like us to add a local currency, a regional weight unit (tola, bhari, tael, etc.), or a karat system we missed.

Feature requests Ideas for improvements — historical charts, price alerts, additional metals, export options.

Partnerships and press Jewelers, educators, or journalists interested in collaborating or quoting the tool.

Privacy questions Anything related to our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service.

What we can't help with

We are not able to quote a buying or selling price for your gold, recommend a dealer in your city, appraise numismatic or designer jewelry, or give you financial or tax advice. Response times

Most emails are answered within one or two business days. Bug reports that include reproduction steps or a screenshot get triaged fastest. Feature requests are all read but not all are acted on — we try to keep the calculator focused.
